Ideally located in the heart of Parma, Borgo35 has 4 rooms with private bathrooms and a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen inside a recently renovated building, which offers free WiFi and private parking for a fee. The property is 1.1 km from Parma train station and 1.2 km from Parco Ducale Parma.
Places of interest near the apartment include Parma Cathedral, Battistero di Parma and Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi.

The property has an elevator, a communal laundry area available to guests with a washer/dryer and ironing board and iron, a dispenser of cold or room-temperature microfiltered water, as well as a small relaxation area with a Jacuzzi and Finnish/infrared sauna that can be used free of charge by guests only with prior reservation.
Rooms are air-conditioned/heated, equipped with small refrigerator, Nespresso machine with a few coffee capsules, kettle with a few bags of tea and herbal teas as well as cups and sugar.

The SENAPE accommodation is air-conditioned/heated and includes 1 bedroom with a small living area with a sofa that can serve as a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave and induction hob, as well as Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer.
A few glass bottles are given in each accommodation to refill microfiltered water at the dispenser located on the ground floor.
PARKING INFORMATION
Our facility is located in an area where daytime parking is metered and reserved for residents only between 7:30 pm and 7:00 am. The nearest area to park for free during the night is 300 meters away (Viale Mentana), while during the day it is still charged. For those who wish to do so, we have parking spaces of our own within a multi-story parking lot located 150 mt from the facility. Parking spaces are available for a fee, subject to reservation and availability at a cost of 13.00 euros per day to be requested at the time of booking.
BREAKFAST
Our facility does NOT provide breakfast but right in front of our facility you will find the "Canaglie del Naviglio" Bar that will be happy to have you as customers. However, there is a kitchen with every equipment including a Nespresso machine with free coffee capsules, a kettle with tea and herbal teas.
There is a microfiltered water dispenser at the entrance of the facility available to guests (you will find the appropriate glass bottles in the accommodation).

There are shared areas within the facility with a range of services available to clients:
