  1. On the day of arrival, the accommodation will be ready from 15:30 hours;
  2. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am;
  3. However, a special area has been set up for guests to leave their luggage both in case of early check in and departure after the check out time;
  4. Additional cleaning upon request has a cost of 20.00 euro;
  5. Additional change of bedding (sheets and towels) has a cost of 15.00 euro;
  6. A client who through misuse, negligence or carelessness causes damage to the facility, its equipment or objects in use, will be charged the necessary amounts for repairs, replacements and cleaning as appropriate. Ascertained misappropriations will be prosecuted in accordance with the Law.
  7. Customers who anticipate departure from the agreed Check out, are required to pay for the room for the remaining days of the reservation (pursuant to Art. 1385-1386 of the cc);
  8. Management is not liable for theft, loss or damage to valuables or items left unattended in the room;
  9. The data of our guests are processed in accordance with current privacy regulations;
  10. Guests will be provided with keys to the facility and will be able to leave and re-enter as they please;
    11.Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside the rooms and rooms. Observance of this simple rule arises from the need to protect those who do not smoke or those who will come after you, as well as the rule of fire prevention;
  11. It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors and additional guests other than those staying there;
  12. Proper and civilized use of the restrooms is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet, remembering that there are the appropriate bins.It is also recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioners whenever leaving the room.
    14.Systematically close windows when the heating or air conditioning is in use and maintain a reasonable temperature in the room;15.Do not leave battery chargers plugged in when not in use, for safety reasons;
  13. Any damage must be reported and compensated immediately to the facility manager.
  14. Small pets will be accepted upon request.
    However, in case of failure to comply with normal cleaning rules or damage caused by the animal (in this regard, the animal should never be left alone in the room), BORGO 35 reserves the right to establish compensation equal to the cost necessary to perform the cleaning and/or repair. The owner of the animal shall be liable for any damage to property and/or persons;
  15. In case of loss of keys, guests are liable for compensation of the cost of the keys;
    19.Guests may make their reservations online or via telephone.payment paid at the time of booking will be fully refunded only in case of cancellation within 5 days of arrival.
    Data transmitted online are binding in legal terms.
    20.We are not responsible for any disservice due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection beyond our control.
  16. WITH THE CONCLUSION OF THE BOOKING PROCEDURE IS UNDERSTOOD TO BE ACCEPTED AND SIGNED THE RENTAL CONTRACT THAT YOU CAN SEE IN THE "INFO" SECTION.
